A short 15 minute walk from the car parked slightly to the west of this spot yielded myriad butterflies. The grid ref is the centre of the Adonis colony and they are everywhere. You have to watch where you step. I saw no fewer than 6 couples. All counts are cautious. I stopped counting Adonis at 50
